| License Description： | Fontcraft/Scriptorium License Agreement By using or installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Concise Summary: You are granted the right to use the fonts and images conmtained in this package within limitations detailed below in your design projects so long as proper credit is given and the value of the work you are producing is substantially original and does not derive its value primarily from our product. 1: License Grant Number of Users: In consideration for the license fee paid, Ragnarok Press grants to you only, the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and display the Scriptorium product purchased through this service. If you are using this product for your work, this agreement applies to your employer. Scriptorium software or image collections may be used on one CPU at your site connected to any number of printers or other image producing devices at that site. Third Parties: You may send a copy of any font or image for which you hold a license along with your documents to a commercial printer or other service bureau to enable the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to erase those fonts or images from their storage media and accepts liability for any misuse or appropriation of the font or image. You may also ?embed? TrueType format fonts within your documents for the viewing, editing, and printing of those documents. The removal of fonts and images licensed to you from third party computers is your responsibility and if it results in a violation of this license the license will be terminated and you will be held liable. Modifications. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any fonts contained in this package without prior written consent from Ragnarok Press. Modifications to images and graphics are permitted. Backups: You may make one (1) copy of this Scriptorium product solely for backup purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are reproduced in their entirety on the backup copy. Online Use of Images: Images included in this package may not be used in website design where unsecure access and transfer of images is possible. Lower resolution versions of images may be used in such a design if they are at a resolution of a total pixel size no greater than one-fifth the dimensions of the original image. These same restrictions apply to use of images in PDF files. Fonts may only be included in PDF files if access is secure and they may not be extracted into an installable format. Use of Images in Print: You may use any images you purchase in a printed product so long as the primary value of that product does not derive solely from the use of the images. Use of images as illustrations or decorations in a book, magazine or other publication of text is permissible under this license. Commercial use of images in calendars, as prints, on post cards, on greeting cards or in any other publication in which you are primarily reselling the art as art is prohibited without special permission from the publisher and the payment of an additional redistribution fee. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Ragnarok Press if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the Scriptorium product, and all copies of them, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any. 4: Upgrades We periodically updates many Scriptorium products. As a licensed user you are entitled to upgrades at a discounted upgrade price. 5: Other Licensing If the terms of this license do not meet your needs we offer other licensing options for multiple users, embedding of fonts and images in software, full reprint rights, resale of fonts and other uses at prices appropriate to those uses. Please contact us if your needs require such a license. 6. Limited Warranty Ragnarok Press warrants the Scriptorium Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery as shown on your invoice. Ragnarok Press entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to a defective product shall be, at Ragnarok Press option, either return of purchase price or replacement of any such product that is returned to Ragnarok Press with a copy of the invoice. Ragnarok Press shall have no responsibility to replace the product or refund the purchase price if failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication, or if any product is lost or damaged due to theft, fire, or negligence. Any replacement product will be warranted for thirty (30) days. In all other ways this product is provided ?as is?. Ragnarok Press does not make any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ragnarok Press does not warrant that the functions contained in the Scriptorium Product will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Ragnarok Press or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas.
