| License Description： | END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (?gEULA?h) BETWEEN VLADIMIR TAMARI (?gFOUNDRY?h) AND THE FONT USER (?gUSER?h) CONCERNING THE FOUNDRY?fS FONT(S) (?gFONT?h) IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This EULA is a legal agreement between the you the USER (either an individual or a single entity) and the FOUNDRY the font or fonts, FONT, purchased from the FOUNDRY. By exercising your rights to make use of copies of the FONT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the FONT. The FONT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The FONT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants the USER the following rights: Installation and Use. The USER may install and use only five copies of the FONT on his or her personal computer, or computers within the USER?fs organization. Reproduction and Distribution. The USER may not reproduce and distribute copies of the FONT. In cases where the FONT has to be used by a third party for printing USER?fs documents or designs, a copy of the FONT may partially or fully embedded in a pdf document, or be sent to the said third party, on condition that they will delete it from their computers upon completion of the job, and shall not otherwise themselves use or distribute the FONT. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. The USER may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the FONT. Restrictions on Alteration. The USER may not rename, edit or create any derivative works from the FONT, other than subsetting when embedding it in documents. Software Transfer. The USER may not permanently transfer his or her rights under this EULA. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the FOUNDRY may terminate this EULA if USER fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, USER must destroy all copies of the FONT and all of its component parts. This Agreement provides for the use by the USER of the FONT for desktop or tablet use. Use of the FONT as a web font, @font-face embedding, ebooks such as epubs, website templates, and other uses requiring embedding the FONT in any app or software other than PDFs is not allowed by this Agreement. 3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the FONT are owned by THE FOUNDRY. The FONT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, USER must treat the FONT like any other copyrighted material. LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES. The FOUNDRY expressly disclaims any warranty for the FONT. The FONT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the FONT remains with the USER. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall the FOUNDRY or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this FONT.
