Aah Yes Fonts owns this font software and the intellectual property therein, and asserts its right to be identified as the owner of such font software and intellectual property, and other than your right to use the font software as is granted by this licence, all other rights - including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, the title of the font and the font software - are owned and retained by Aah Yes Fonts. 3. You may not re-distribute this font software, or copy it for re-distribution, or pass it on to third parties. It is your responsibility to ensure that this font software is secure and that unlicensed copies do not leave your possession. Any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall be considered a cause for termination, and in the event of termination, and without limitation of any remedies under law and equity, you agree to immediately return the Font Software to Aah Yes Fonts or the vendor and certify that no copy remains in your possession or control. |
