adding 2 Hong Kong servers

Dear users:
FontKe.com's servers deployed in Japan are no longer able to meet the needs of overseas users to access and download services, so two new Hong Kong servers were added at 14:00 (Beijing time) on April 17, 2019. This upgrade will further increase the access speed of FontKe.com overseas users and solve the original "502 gateway timeout" error.
