Joachim Romann Introduction
In 1932, Joachim Romann attended the Danzig Arts and Crafts College, where he studied lithography until 1937. He then studied type design in Offenbach until 1941. He became a printing arts teacher and simultaneously worked as a type designer for the Klingspor foundry until 1948. After that he freelanced as a designer.
